At first these look like street lights possibly but on second look not so much. Doesn't seem to be any stalk going down to the ground and you can see one in the far left of the frame that definitely appears to be high in the sky (although can't tell if it's party of the 3 main lights) Airplanes? Helicopters? Raindrop reflections? Pretty cool looking. Only wish the video were more focused on the objects.
